The evening begins with a warm welcome and a short talk on shooting and the variety of game currently in season. You’ll then see pheasant and partridge prepared live, followed by a demonstration of how a roe deer is skillfully broken down on a dedicated table. There will be opportunities to ask questions and browse our selection of game products available for purchase. The night concludes with a seasonal game supper hosted by Chris, showcasing expertly prepared dishes made from the best of the season. A perfect evening for food lovers, game enthusiasts, or anyone curious about the craft behind the produce.
